📊 According to data from the cryptocurrency forecasting platform Polymarket, the market overwhelmingly anticipates that the Federal Reserve (Fed) will keep interest rates unchanged at its June meeting. This meeting is critically important as it will be the first one after Jerome Powell's term as Fed Chair has ended. Investors are closely watching how policy will be shaped under the new Fed Chair, Kevin Warsh.

According to Polymarket data, the probability of no change in interest rates at the June 17 meeting is 98 percent. Meanwhile, the likelihood of a rate cut by 25 basis points is estimated at 1 percent, and the probability of a cut by 50 basis points or more is below 1 percent. The markets also consider scenarios for rate hikes to be extremely unlikely. The probability of a 25 basis points increase remains below 1 percent, and the probability of an increase of 50 basis points or more is also below 1 percent.

Sono passati quasi sei anni dalla scadenza dei tre anni. Le coperture vaccinali per morbillo, rosolia e parotite hanno superato a lungo la soglia OMS del 95% in molte regioni. Eppure nessun decreto ministeriale ha mai disposto la cessazione dell'obbligatorietà, nemmeno parziale, nemmeno per un singolo antigene. La clausola di revisione è rimasta lettera morta. È legittimo chiedersi: a cosa serviva, allora, scriverla? Una clausola che doveva garantire proporzionalità all'obbligo si è rivelata uno strumento puramente decorativo.

Il caso della varicella: obbligo "a coorte". Il vaccino anti-varicella ha una particolarità: è obbligatorio solo per i nati dal 2017 in poi. I bambini nati nel 2016 o prima non hanno l'obbligo, anche se hanno meno di 16 anni. Conoscere la coorte di nascita di tuo figlio è quindi fondamentale.

Art. 1 comma 1-quater - "Raccomandato" non significa "obbligatorio" L'articolo 1, comma 1-quater individua quattro vaccinazioni raccomandate (gratuite, offerte attivamente dal SSN): ✔️ anti-meningococcica B ✔️ anti-meningococcica C ✔️ anti-pneumococcica ✔️ anti-rotavirus

Raccomandato significa: gratuito, offerto, ma facoltativo.

Questi vaccini fanno parte del Piano Nazionale Prevenzione Vaccinale (PNPV) ma non rientrano negli adempimenti amministrativi della legge: la loro mancata somministrazione non genera sanzioni, non costituisce requisito per nido o materna, non va autocertificata, non viene segnalata alla ASL. In altre parole: puoi dire "no, grazie" senza alcuna conseguenza amministrativa.

Negli anni successivi il PNPV si è arricchito di altre raccomandazioni: anti-HPV per maschi e femmine, anti-rotavirus universalizzato, anti-meningococco tetravalente ACWY, anti-influenza pediatrica. Nessuna è entrata nell'obbligo di legge. Tutto ciò che non è scritto negli articoli 1 commi 1 e 1-bis della 119/2017 non è obbligatorio per legge, per quanto possa essere fortemente raccomandato.

Il punto critico: la "raccomandazione forte". In molte ASL, in molti studi pediatrici, la raccomandazione viene comunicata con un'enfasi che la rende indistinguibile dall'obbligo. Espressioni come "devi farlo", "è previsto dal calendario", "altrimenti ci sono problemi" - formalmente lecite se riferite a una buona pratica - diventano problematiche se generano nel genitore la convinzione errata di trovarsi davanti a un obbligo di legge. Il consenso informato (art. 32 Cost., Legge 219/2017) prevede che ogni trattamento sanitario sia preceduto da un'informazione chiara, completa e veritiera anche sul piano giuridico.

In sintesi: il perimetro reale dell'obbligo La 119/2017 rende obbligatori dieci vaccini (sei dell'esavalente + quattro dell'MPRV) per i minori 0-16 anni. Tutto il resto è raccomandato: gratuito, offerto, ma non obbligatorio. Conoscere questo perimetro - e saperlo riconoscere quando ti viene presentato in modo confuso - è il primo atto di cittadinanza sanitaria consapevole.

Nei prossimi giorni continueremo questa settimana di informazione: le esenzioni (art. 1 c. 2), cosa succede se non vaccini (art. 1 c. 4), l'iscrizione a scuola (artt. 3 e 3-bis), il "mito" delle classi separate (art. 4), e poi le sanzioni e le procedure di opposizione.

During the time of Covid many of us who dared to question found ourselves painfully rejected--socially, professionally, by people dearest to us. In our bewilderment many of us found our way to Reiner’s Corona Investigative Committee hearings. It is a human need, I think, to abhor the vacuum of loneliness, to find and bond with kindred spirits. Even though what Reiner provided was (necessarily) an online event and could not provide essential contact with the living and breathing (which the “powers that be” sought to deprive), it provided an opening for something new and beautiful to form, based in the human drive toward truth.

In this time of greatest intensity, I feel Reiner to be a kindred spirit. I believe he and I both see a profound imperative in this historical madness for an awakening, one in which the richness and beauty of the human being finally becomes clear. By providing the hearings (which cost him his freedom) he was demonstrating his belief in the truth seeking drive, and the agency whereby a person could choose to heed it. He demonstrated his faith in the tools at our disposal, for that purpose: critical thinking skills, intuition, empathy, capacity to love, moral compass.

I can only think of what has been happening in the world as motivated by an anti-human evil, which opposes individual agency and all the gifts that go with that. That evil has entrapped most of us on some level or another, causing us to forget who we are. Isn’t it remarkable that in its overreach this evil has triggered remembrance instead, and a desire in many of us to understand ourselves more fully? So, when I go to DC on May 5th I go not to grovel before an extension of a corrupted body, but in calm confidence and in remembrance. I go in remembrance of who Reiner really is (a child of a loving Creator, a brother) and where he belongs (free, and with loved ones). I go in remembrance of who I am (a child of that Creator) and of who my fellow People truly are, as we will all see when we have become more fully awake.

Many are still enmeshed in the lie, one that we now see (and the Investigative Committee showed) is intentionally foisted upon us. During Covid people were intentionally frightened away from using their Divine gifts and tools to evaluate for truth. Many of the most susceptible had position, homes with mortgages, children at expensive colleges (not that there is anything inherently wrong with those), clans that felt dangerous to leave, mothers who seemed to love them only when the report card passed muster. Many are caught up in this web of deceit under what they consider severe penalty. But human beings are meant for freedom and not entrapment, as I trust we are coming to understand.

When we combine our truth-seeking light in a spirit of love and empathy, we light a health-giving path that is currently outside of visibility for many. Reiner generously expended his resources for such illumination, believing that all of us as unique individuals would find it in ourselves to see accurately, and to act in truth. We are who we are in this moment, and for some of us this is about standing in that capacity rather than being in a fight energy. It is about standing together, no matter how anyone tries to fight or frighten us.

I go to DC on Reiner’s birthday to gather in the mutual strength of other kindred spirits in a truth-seeking process (whatever that may mean for each one, right now). This is a huge country and many will be unable to come in person. If that is true of you, I ask that on May 5, noon to 2:00 EDT, you join us in spirit as we stand in calm confidence that our light will dissipate the darkness. That is inevitable, as we stand. Thank you, I am grateful for you.
