Rose update!

Following last week's update, we've had some feature requests of things people would like to see with bot-to-bot workflows and reactions. So, here we go: - A new outsidereaction lock, to stop people who aren't in your groups from reacting to messages in your groups. As soon as an outsider reacts, it just... gets removed. Easy! - A new advanced feature to control bot-to-bot interactions. This allows other bots (AI, automation, etc) to run Rose commands in a safe and controlled way. We have three options available for the bot2bot command - off, admin, and all. It can be used to determine which bots Rose will respond to commands to, and reduces the risk of a user circumventing your group's protections by using bots. If Rose responds to a command, she'll ask an admin to review this command - adding an extra layer of protection. Or, you can toggle the /bot2botskipreview command to allow bots to run commands without approval - more dangerous, but can be useful for trusted bots. - Users can now only use /warns to check their own warnings. Admins can of course still use it to check other users' warnings. - Updated the docs website with all the new features we have available. - Small bug fixes and performance improvements. - Updated all translations. Still looking for Dutch speakers to update their language on crowdin.

Rose update!

With telegram's latest update, Rose now has some handy new features to take advantage of - so I've gone ahead and done exactly that!

- Rose can now see and respond to messages sent by other bots. That's right - if a telegram bot is sending messages you don't want, Rose can now delete those messages. Similarly, other bots can now interact with Rose's notes - and if you add the {allow_bot} filling to Rose's filters, those will work too! - Add a new reaction lock type. You guessed it; it stop users from reacting. And if they do, it deletes their reaction! - We now also have a guestbot lock type - which will stop users from using telegram's new guest bots. These can be allowlisted as usual. I expect spammers to start using these soon - might be good to lock if you know you won't want anyone using them. - If a user tries to use a guest bot to circumvent locks or blocklists - they'll still the ones who'll get punished for it! This means users are responsible for the messages that are sent by the guest bots they use. - Users muted with /mute, or by the CAPTCHA, can no longer react to messages. - Fbanned users who react to a message will now get their reaction removed when they get banned. - Updated all translations. Note to Dutch speakers; please update your language on crowdin.
