🗓 Как выбрать день для подачи заявления на семейную выплату

Ежегодную семейную выплату за 2025 год можно оформить с 1 июня по 30 сентября 2026 года. Каждый родитель подает заявление самостоятельно, независимо друг от друга и в даты на свое усмотрение в пределах установленного срока.

🔹 Расчетный период В отличие от единого пособия для семейной выплаты дата обращения не влияет на период учета доходов. При обращении за выплатой в 2026 году расчетный период — весь 2025 год.

🔹 Размер выплаты Сумма зависит от налога на доходы, уплаченного за 2025 год. Он пересчитывается по ставке 6%, а разница составит размер выплаты. От даты подачи заявления это не зависит.

🔹 На что влияет дата обращения На те критерии, которые проверяются на день обращения за выплатой: ▪️ семейное положение и состав семьи ▪️ перечень имущества в собственности ▪️ обязанности по уплате алиментов

Имущество. Например, в июне 2026 года у семьи два автомобиля и нет права на выплату. А в июле — только один. Транспорт уже не будет основанием для отказа.

Состав семьи. В июне в семье было двое детей и по доходу права на выплату не возникало — он был выше 1,5 прожиточного минимума в регионе. В августе рождается третий ребенок, количество членов семьи увеличивается, среднедушевой доход за 2025 год становится меньше — и может появиться право на выплату.

Алименты. В июне у родителя имелась задолженность по алиментам — это основание для отказа в семейной выплате. В июле долг погашен и можно подать новое заявление. При соблюдении других условий выплата будет назначена.

Socialism Is Back in Style 🔴

In the U.S., 62% of people ages 18–29 view the word “socialism” positively. Among college students, “socialism” gets a positive response from 67%, while “capitalism” gets one from only 40%.

Positive views of capitalism in the U.S. have fallen to 54% — the lowest level since 2010.
