This Strategy Has Helped Me Earn Thousands of Dollars — Targeting USA and UK Audience
One strategy that has worked consistently for me is this:
I always target Tier 1 countries—such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada—across most of my social media accounts.
Why?
Because these countries have some of the highest advertising rates in the world. This means that, in many cases, the same content can generate significantly more revenue than if it were viewed primarily in lower-paying regions.
Why Target Tier 1 Countries?
✅ Higher Ad Revenue: Advertisers in countries like the US, UK, and Canada typically pay more to reach their audiences.
Example: Imagine two YouTube channels each get 100,000 views. The channel with mostly US viewers may earn much more than one with mostly viewers from lower-paying markets because advertisers bid more for those audiences.
✅ Stronger Purchasing Power: People in these countries generally have higher spending power, making them more likely to buy products, courses, software, or services online.
Example: If you recommend a $20 software tool, someone in the US may be more willing to purchase it than someone with a much lower average income.
✅ More Business Advertisers: Many global companies compete for customers in these markets, which increases demand for advertising.
Example: Insurance companies, banks, universities, and technology firms often spend heavily on digital ads in these countries.
✅ Better Monetization Opportunities: Many platforms and affiliate programs perform better when your audience comes from high-value markets.
Example: A creator with a large US audience may see higher earnings from affiliate marketing than someone promoting the same product to a lower-value market.
✅ More Premium Brand Deals: Brands often look for creators who can reach audiences in countries where they do business.
Example: A software company targeting businesses in Canada is more likely to partner with a creator whose audience is mainly Canadian.
