Job Summary
An international non-profit organization is seeking an experienced Chief Impact Officer to lead global programs, drive strategic initiatives, oversee program delivery, strengthen partnerships, manage budgets, support fundraising, and maximize measurable impact. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership and frequent international engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global program strategy and execution.
Manage multidisciplinary remote teams.
Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL).
Build partnerships with governments, NGOs, and international stakeholders.
Support fundraising, grant development, and donor engagement.
Manage program budgets and financial planning.
Represent the organization at international conferences and meetings.
Drive innovation and expand organizational impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive senior leadership experience managing international programs.
Background in governance, policy, or conservation initiatives.
Proven experience leading global remote teams.
Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
Experience in fundraising and budget management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Native or fluent English; Spanish and/or French is an advantage.
