We are a leading fast-food restaurant brand known for delivering exceptional food, outstanding customer service, and operational excellence. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Erbil.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
* Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
* Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
* Manage labor scheduling, staffing, inventory, and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local health and safety regulations.
* Analyze operational reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Work closely with senior management to achieve business goals and drive continuous growth.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
* experience in restaurant or fast-food operations management(preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and performance analysis.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
