💼 Position: Chief Legal Counsel
📝 Responsibilities: · Strengthen legal compliance and ensure the correct and consistent application of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Company’s activities. · Represent and protect the rights and legally protected interests of the Company before courts, government authorities, non-governmental non-profit organizations, and other organizations and institutions. · Provide comprehensive legal protection of the Company’s rights and interests in the preparation, execution, amendment, and termination of contracts with third parties. · Assist the Company’s structural divisions in the proper interpretation and application of legislation. · Monitor the legality of the activities of the Company’s structural divisions and, where necessary, inform Company management of any violations of legislation so that timely corrective measures can be taken. · Ensure the timely, high-quality, accurate, and complete performance of the duties and functions of the Chief Legal Counsel. · Ensure the confidentiality of information whose disclosure could harm the interests of the Company. · Report annually to Company management on legal compliance and the measures taken to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
📌Candidate requirements: · Higher education in law. · Excellent knowledge of civil, labor, tax, and/or commercial law. · Confident use of legal databases, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. · Strong knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the ability to apply it in practice. · At least 2 years of experience working in the public administration system. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, logical thinking, and professional business communication skills. · Knowledge of the state language and foreign languages, including Russian and English. 🔖 Employment conditions: · Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (5/2). · Employment: Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code. · Compensation: Fixed salary, to be discussed based on the results of the interview.
