Если бы меня спросили, какое одно видео нужно посмотреть прямо сейчас, чтобы понять, как искусственный интеллект будет проникать в нашу повседневную жизнь в ближайшие годы, я бы без раздумий рекомендовал именно это.

Мы перевели презентацию Google I/O 2026. За последние годы мы видели кучу взлетающих технологий, вокруг которых мгновенно формировался жесткий синдром FOMO. Но Google - это гигант, который не может позволить себе тратить ресурсы на неустойчивые хайповые тренды. В этой презентации они наконец-то консолидировались: взяли всю свою огромную экосистему и показали четкое, системное видение того, как ИИ изменит абсолютно каждую сферу.

Выделил 3 главные мысли:

1. Агентная коммерция: конец эпохи маркетплейсов? Google закладывает фундамент, в котором привычные интернет-магазины и даже маркетплейсы в их нынешнем виде просто исчезнут.

Появляется универсальная корзина на уровне поиска. Неважно, где вы находитесь / листаете социальную сеть, смотрите видеохостинг или гуглите - вы в любой точке нажимаете «Хочу это», и товар падает в единую корзину. А как там дальше пройдет транзакция, спишутся деньги и оформится доставка - это уже забота межагентского взаимодействия (через протоколы UCP и AP2). На месте условных Wildberries и Ozon я бы поднапрягся.

2. Дерзкий переворот в поиске Google замахнулся на святое и полностью меняет саму суть поиска. Он превращается в некий ChatGPT на максималках. Самое интересное: они фактически отказываются от классической модели продажи ссылок в выдаче. В презентации скромно умолчали, на чем именно будут зарабатывать, но, судя по всему, монетизация уходит на второй слой. Мы просто говорим системе, чего хотим, а Google сам находит решение, попутно становясь главным продавцом билетов, авиакассой, навигатором и главным интернет-магазином в мире. Смело :)

3. Своё железо и автономный вайб-кодинг в 12 раз дешевле Google продолжает гнуть свою линию и делать ставку на собственные процессоры TPU, а не на GPU от Nvidia. И это железо уже выдает дикую скорость. В качестве демонстрации они показали свой ответ инструменту Claude Code - среду разработки AntiGravity 2.0 на базе Gemini 3.5 Flash.

На их TPU кодить получается в 12 раз быстрее (и значительно дешевле фронтирных моделей)!

Они показали кейс, как за 12 часов команда из 93 параллельных субагентов, сожрав 2.6 миллиарда токенов, с нуля написала целую работающую операционную систему (с планировщиком задач и файловой системой), потратив на API меньше 1000 долларов! Выглядит как фантастика.

Почему TON снова пахнет GRAM

Павел Дуров молчит, а меня что-то слишком часто начали спрашивать, что будет дальше с TON. Как будто я знаю 👋

Но если смотреть на происходящее внимательно, картина вырисовывается интересная.

TON Foundation постепенно расформировывают. Есть информация, что швейцарская прокуратура заинтересовалась структурой фонда: фиктивный офис, огромные обороты средств у некоммерческой компании, странная деятельность компании 😳

И это уже не первый звоночек. Во времена Open League TON Foundation спокойно раздавала миллионы TON за “активность”, а через пару недель внезапно начала требовать договора и KYC от проектов. Видимо, швейцарские органы тогда быстро объяснили, что такие истории без последствий не проходят.

Похоже, когда давление стало слишком сильным, Мануэль Штотц резко ушел в другую компанию, а Макса Крауна оставили разгребать последствия. Но, судя по всему, долго держать конструкцию уже не было смысла, поэтому совместно с Дуровым решили постепенно закрывать всю эту историю.

Сокращения тоже пошли показательно. Сначала убрали тех, кто был максимально публичным: Алёну, Диму, Виктора. Дальше, скорее всего, пойдут уже менее заметные сотрудники. А там, напомню, речь идет о сотнях людей.

И если уж взялись за TON Foundation, логично предположить, что следующим под вниманием станет The Open Platform (TOP). Судя по происходящему, там тоже далеко не все идеально.

Совсем недавно Wallet (TON Space) переименовывали в Crypto Wallet, а сегодня, чтобы окончательно запутать пользователей, снова переименовывают в DeFi счет. И тут появляется интересный момент.

Раньше TON Foundation платила Telegram сотни миллионов долларов в год за размещение и интеграции Wallet. Но если TON Foundation больше не существует как полноценная структура, то платить теперь просто некому. Поэтому ощущение такое, что Telegram постепенно забирает и Wallet себе.

В целом, раз такое дело и все возвращается обратно, то TON вполне могут превратить в GRAM и сделать ту самую нативную интеграцию в Telegram, о которой говорили еще много лет назад. Без всех этих прокладок, фондов и “независимых” организаций.

Но тогда возникает главный вопрос: кто всем этим будет управлять? 🏥

Стив Юн вообще отошел от дел в TON. Илья Перекопский занят другими делами. Дмитрий Еремеев вряд ли захочет быть в заголовках. У Андрея Рогозова уже хватает своих проектов - Tonkeeper, tonapi, Mira. Кто из публичных друзей еще остался? Roxman после историй с Major и Portals вообще ушел в тень и сейчас его не слышно. Из старой команды доверенных людей почти никого не осталось. Единственный кандидат, который выглядит более-менее логично - Антон Циварев, но и он не сильно то и впечатлил успехами. За 3 года на должности вице президента по развитию и разработки в TON Foundation мы не увидели ничего сверхъестественного. Единственное, он хотя бы отвечал в чатах, в отличии от тех же Макосова и Емельяненко 🤴

Также может быть вернется на публику Олег Сейдак (про него я вам еще не рассказывал), ведь он раньше был генеральным директором швейцарской компании Gram Vault, занимающейся хранением GRAM (TON) и единственную торговую площадку для продажи еще не запущенных токенов Gram напрямую от законных инвесторов. По моей информации он и сейчас управляет огромным количеством TON и выделяет миллионы долларов на разработку для экосистемы, например для команды RSquad 😊

Отвлеклись.

Так вот на фоне всего этого особенно странно выглядит молчание Дурова и снова с нарушением сроков. 2-3 недели третьего этапа уже прошли, о которых он писал, а новостей нет. TON снова вернулся к $1.8, как я и писал раньше, а Telegram вместо объяснений постит шутки в X про другие компании 🤡

В какой-то момент начинает казаться, что Telegram окончательно превращается в мем-компанию, а TON - в ее мемкоин. Булиш.

• зараз проходжу курс Strategic Marketing від Superludi. поки що я в приємному шоці вже зі вступного уроку, матеріал концентрований, його багато і колеги по курсу «жаліються» ( у приємному контексті), що дуже багато потрібно осягнути і як на це знайти час між роботою. • Projector — проходила об’ємний курс по Global PR і довгий час дивилась бібліотеку лекцій. менеджмент, лектори ( а я там знаю дужеее багато лекторів з маркетинг напрямку) та в цілому підхід мені імпонує, багато практичних прикладів • Ruuush — школа заснована моїм викладачем з бізнес-школи - Михайлом Траверсе. цікавий факт, що я проходила практику у Михайла і одне з завдань було — пошук ціннісної пропозиції школи😂 сама проходила курс по радикальному креативу (мені сподобалось). у них завжди дуже скіловий викладацький склад, подобається продуктова екосистема та купааа безкоштовних матеріалів від Михайла та школи зокрема (раджу подкаст). зараз думаю піти на курс по стратегіях від Івана Філіпова • SKVOT — тут проходила інтенсив по AI в PR, мені сподобалось. багато друзів з fashion проходили курс Ксенії Шнайдер — залишились задоволеними • Tech PR School — однозначно маст для тих, хто працює з міжнародними комунікаціями та PR. це ціла екосистема від Юлі Петрик. я була на PR ретриті Юлі і це буквально одна з найкращих формально-неформальних подій минулого року. дуже раджу подивитись на формати • nisha.space — прекрасний простір коротких концентрованих курсів. я там викладала і сама з задоволенням купую курси на цікаві теми. їх топ — це мій матеріал по бренд-менеджменту і курси по анімованому монтажу, які випустили сотні спеціалістів •ninjaschool — однозначно раджу звернути увагу на курс Арама Сімоняна з побудови бренд-стратегій. окрім того, купуйте підписку на бібліотеку лекцій, моя там теж є🙌 • Bazilik School — тут проходила славнозвісний інтенсив по копірайтингу, але колеги роблять дуже багато й іншого цікавого. однозначно раджу

Сегодня у меня был, пожалуй, самый сильный День предпринимателя за всю мою предпринимательскую историю, потому что я провела его внутри настоящей, большой, сложно устроенной и очень живой управленческой системы.

Мы с коллегой в Новосибирске у Бориса Шеплева, с которым когда-то познакомились на конференции: я тогда не могла оторваться от его выступления, была абсолютно очарована масштабом мышления, а Борис потом сказал, что чуть не опоздал на самолёт, потому что хотел дослушать уже моё выступление, и вот как-то так, через профессиональное уважение и взаимный интерес, случилась эта поездка.

Мы приехали изучить сеть клиник «Денталсервис» - 100 кресел, свой частный стоматологический университет, невероятный масштаб для частной медицины, и ЦНМТ - сеть клиник, несколько стационаров, большая поликлиника и целая медицинская экосистема.

Почему этот день был настолько сильным для меня: Борис не просто показал клиники, не просто познакомил с топ-командой компании, хотя команда там действительно очень сильная и даже просто слушать их - отдельное удовольствие, а пустил меня туда, куда обычно не пускают, в ежемесячные управленческие планёрки, в проектный офис, в обсуждение ключевых стратегических проектов, в тот самый слой, где компания реально принимает решения, спорит, считает, двигает проекты и управляет будущим.

И вот это для меня, наверное, самое ценное, потому что как хирургу хочется оперировать, лётчику летать, футболисту выходить на поле и чувствовать мяч, так мне хочется быть рядом с настоящим управлением, видеть, как сильные предприниматели и сильные команды думают, как они раскладывают сложные задачи, как держат фокус, как реализуют проекты, как создают систему.

Сейчас я сижу в гостинице, и по мне как будто идёт ток, потому что за один день я записала столько тезисов, увидела столько управленческих решений и получила столько точек для размышления, что по ощущениям узнала больше, чем иногда можно узнать за квартал в самой именитой бизнес-школе.

И ещё важная вещь, которая для меня не менее ценна: я увидела там не только глубокую экспертизу и управленческую силу, но и такую человеческую заботу, гостеприимство и щедрость в передаче опыта, что у меня правда нет слов.

А вечером я ещё попала на День предпринимателя Новосибирска и отметила этот день с Борисом в кругу новосибирских предпринимателей, и это стало очень красивым завершением дня.

Многое из того, что я сегодня увидела, я очень хочу перенести в наши клиники, многое теперь нужно осмыслить, разложить, адаптировать под нас, но я уже точно понимаю, что всё прекрасное, сильное и системное, что появится у нас после этой поездки, во многом будет её продолжением.

Я под огромным впечатлением, в благодарности и, честно говоря, немного в шоке от того, насколько один день может расширить горизонт. Спасибо, Борис, спасибо команде, это было очень ценно!

TON улетает на +25%, и сразу же появляется куча верующих в TON по 20$ 😂 Но если смотреть чуть глубже, то этот рост вообще не выглядит как приход новой веры в экосистему.

Funding был в жестком минусе (-56%), шортов набилось слишком много, рынок уже ждал дальнейшего падения. И именно в этот момент начинают выходить новости: обновление шардирования и новый инструмент аналитики для разработчиков builders.ton.org.

Слишком уж идеально по таймингу, чтобы выбить толпу шортистов и снова вернуть людям надежду.

Хотя главная проблема TON никуда не делась. И дело никогда не было в скорости, шардировании или комиссиях. Проблема в том, что TON - один из самых неудобных блокчейнов для разработчиков среди крупных экосистем.

Сложная архитектура, странные стандарты, слабые инструменты и вечное ощущение, что TON живет в своей отдельной крипто вселенной. Пока другие сети модернизировали DeFi и приватность, TON последние годы терял время, людей и нормальные продукты.

И только сейчас начинается попытка это исправить. Но пока это больше похоже на попытку экстренно починить то, что ломалось несколько лет подряд.
