Учитывая, что и CPI пошел вниз, и ETF-притоки начались – возможно, крупные игроки почувствовали разворот и начали активизироваться. Следим внимательно.

🇯🇵 Куча положительных регуляторных новостей: Япония снизила налог на крипту до 20%, планируют ввести ETF в 2028, а Британия меняет налогообложение DeFi: депозиты в лендинг и LP больше не налоговое событие, стейблкоины освобождаются от налогов

🔥 Вот так должна выглядеть правильная регуляция. Япония – страна, которая понимает, что крипта – это будущее финансов, и вместо того, чтобы душить рынок, они его выращивают. Япония ставит амбициозные национальные цели и вкладывает триллионы иен. А Британия в то же время, меняет повестку с душительной на здравую. На фоне ЕС, который выдавил ключевых игроков рынка. Разница подхода – колоссальная. Страны, которые сейчас правильно регулируют крипту, привлекут капитал, таланты и инфраструктуру на десятилетия вперед – и будут винтами новой финансовой системы. 🪙 Крупнейшей бирже Binance с 300 млн пользователей (43% всех крипто-владельцев мира) исполнилось 9 лет

✅ Само собой поздравляем Binance – это игрок, который во многом двигал весь рынок последние 9 лет. CZ – один из немногих людей, кто реально приблизил крипту к обычному пользователю по всему миру. Но что интересно и очень важно: доминация и монополия Binance начинают снижаться. На пике в феврале 2023 биржа контролировала 67% всего спот-рынка – сегодня это уже около 26%. В деривативах с пика 76% до ~35%. И это очень здоровый процесс – только конкуренция будет двигать этот рынок дальше. Одна биржа, контролирующая большую часть ликвидности – это системный риск, так что распределение долей рынка – хорошая новость для всей индустрии!

⏺ Главный вывод: Ситуация на рынке на самом деле очень двоякая: при том, что новостной фон говорит о скором развороте, метрики показывают более странную ситуацию. Об этом уже подробно на стриме – к сожалению, на той неделе приболел, но уже чувствую себя лучше и скоро сделаю анонс!

A entrevista de Pavel Durov chama atenção porque ela não é apenas sobre tecnologia. Ela revela uma filosofia de vida bastante coerente: tratar a atenção como o recurso mais escasso, mais valioso até do que o dinheiro.

Um dos trechos mais marcantes é justamente a ideia de que possuir objetos significa ser possuído por eles. Quando ele diz que uma casa ou um iate exigiriam tempo para decoração, manutenção, funcionários, impostos e preocupações, ele está ampliando o conceito de custo. O verdadeiro custo não seria o preço de compra, mas a parcela da vida que esses bens passariam a consumir.

Essa visão dialoga com diversas correntes filosóficas.

O estoicismo já defendia que a liberdade depende de reduzir a dependência de bens externos. Pensadores como Sêneca e Epicteto argumentavam que quanto menos coisas uma pessoa precisa para viver, menos vulnerável ela se torna.

Também há forte influência do minimalismo contemporâneo, que vê a redução de posses como forma de recuperar tempo, foco e tranquilidade. O objetivo não é viver com pouco por sacrifício, mas eliminar tudo o que compete pela atenção.

Na sociologia, há um paralelo com o conceito de modernidade líquida, desenvolvido por Zygmunt Bauman. Em um mundo onde tudo muda rapidamente, bens fixos podem ser vistos não apenas como patrimônio, mas como âncoras que reduzem a mobilidade. Durov parece levar essa ideia ao extremo: prefere poder mudar de país rapidamente a criar raízes materiais.

Outro paralelo interessante é com Henry David Thoreau. Em seu livro Walden, Thoreau escreveu que "um homem é rico na proporção do número de coisas das quais pode abrir mão". Durov parece aplicar esse princípio no século XXI.

O corpo como projeto

A mesma lógica aparece em seus hábitos pessoais.

Durov afirma evitar álcool, cigarro, açúcar, alimentos ultraprocessados e, por longos períodos, cafeína. Também pratica exercícios regularmente e mantém uma disciplina rígida em relação ao sono.

O interessante é que ele não apresenta isso como busca por longevidade apenas. Seu argumento costuma ser que clareza mental e energia são ativos produtivos. Assim como evita acumular objetos, evita hábitos que considera capazes de reduzir sua autonomia física ou cognitiva.

Em certo sentido, seu corpo torna-se seu principal "investimento". Em vez de gastar energia administrando propriedades, ele investe essa energia em preservar desempenho físico e intelectual.

Liberdade acima da estabilidade

Outro tema recorrente é sua enorme valorização da liberdade.

Depois dos conflitos com o governo russo durante sua passagem pelo VK, Durov passou anos vivendo entre diferentes países antes de estabelecer uma base em Dubai.

Essa experiência parece reforçar sua convicção de que bens imóveis podem limitar escolhas. Se for necessário partir amanhã, quem possui apenas uma mochila e contas bancárias consegue fazê-lo muito mais facilmente do que alguém cercado por propriedades, funcionários e obrigações.

Atenção como capital

Talvez a ideia mais profunda da entrevista seja que a economia do século XXI deixou de ser apenas financeira e passou a ser uma economia da atenção.

Autores como Herbert A. Simon já observavam décadas atrás que uma abundância de informação produz uma escassez de atenção. Durov parece aplicar esse princípio à vida inteira: cada objeto, compromisso ou hábito compete por uma quantidade limitada de atenção. Sobre celulares, ele disse: "Eu quero definir o que é importante na minha vida. Eu não quero que outras pessoas, empresas ou organizações me digam o que é importante hoje e sobre o que eu deveria estar pensando."

Nesse sentido, uma casa luxuosa pode representar menos liberdade do que uma mala de viagem, porque exige decisões, manutenção e preocupação contínuas.

Uma filosofia com limites

Essa visão, porém, também tem críticas.

Ela pressupõe um patrimônio tão grande que permite abrir mão de bens sem abrir mão de conforto. Para a maioria das pessoas, possuir uma casa representa segurança financeira, estabilidade familiar e proteção contra aluguel, e não uma distração .
