🧠 Обвинители заявляют, что внутри BitMEX работал скрытый «отдел инсайдерской торговли» – открывал позиции против пользователей и намеренно блокировал сервера, чтобы принудительно ликвидировать клиентские позиции, а залоги отправлять в «страховой фонд» биржи. Легендарная манипуляция, о которой годами шептались – и вот, наконец, все оформлено юридически. И тот, кто выживет – будет играть уже в другом эшелоне рынка. К слову, важно понимать, что даже во время таких очисток появляются новые сильные игроки – они и станут флагманами следующего цикла.

🇺🇸 Принятие CLARITY Act, регулирующего крипторынок США, вероятно, перенесут на сентябрь.

🧠 На мой взгляд, прогноз более неутешительный – могут дотянуть и до конца года по нескольким причинам. Во-первых, удобно принимать CLARITY уже после того, как GENIUS Act вступит в силу: GENIUS регулирует стейблкоины, а CLARITY отвечает на вопрос, куда ликвидность из этих стейблкоинов потечет дальше. Логично сначала настроить один слой, потом второй. Во-вторых, не весь крупный капитал успел зайти и завести деньги – как в активы, так и в компании. А это значит, что задержка выгодна тем, кто еще не успел набрать позиции, немного грустим из-за этого, но не сильно!

📈 Криптоиндустрия США напрямую дает 34,000 рабочих мест, поддерживает еще 232,000 по всей экономике и вносит более $55 млрд в ВВП страны в 2026 году

🟢 Друзья, вдумайтесь в эти цифры. Каждое прямое рабочее место в крипте поддерживает около 6 других в смежных отраслях. Средняя зарплата в секторе – $133,000, а это в 2 раза выше медианной по США. И самое интересное – крипта уже дает больше рабочих мест, чем цементная промышленность и производство табака. Это уже не нишевая индустрия – это полноценный сектор экономики с реальным весом. Я полез в исходники Linux TCP и снова наткнулся на старый сетевой миф.

В коде TIME_WAIT фактически зафиксирован на 60 секунд: #define TCP_TIMEWAIT_LEN (60 * HZ) Его нельзя настроить отдельно для сокета.

И да, tcp_fin_timeout, который часто советуют крутить в блогах, не управляет TIME_WAIT.

Он относится к состоянию FIN_WAIT2.

TIME_WAIT задан в исходниках ядра и не вынесен в отдельный sysctl.

Вот так появляются мифы: один параметр звучит похоже, его копируют из статьи в статью, а потом годами лечат не то состояние TCP.

Iter di Tutela Scolastica: lo scudo che speriamo non vi serva mai Cosa fare, con quali tempi e con quali parole, se la scuola prospetta lo spostamento di vostro figlio per la sua situazione vaccinale.

«Vostra figlia non può essere accolta in quella classe.» Arriva quasi sempre a primavera. Una mail, poche righe, un protocollo, il richiamo a una legge. E poi il silenzio, mentre voi rileggete quella frase per la quinta volta. Sappiamo come va avanti, perché ce lo raccontate ogni anno: la notte passata a chiedersi se si è complicata la vita a un bambino di cinque anni, e la telefonata in segreteria la mattina dopo, con la voce che trema.

Diciamolo subito: succede di rado. La stragrande maggioranza dei genitori non riceverà mai una lettera così, e nella scuola dell'obbligo l'accesso resta garantito. Ma "raro" non vuol dire "inesistente". Qualche caso c'è, e ha sempre la stessa origine: un dirigente scolastico che, quasi sempre in buona fede, ha letto male una norma.

La norma è l'articolo 4 della Legge 119/2017, e tutto sta nel capire di chi parla. Il soggetto di quella frase è il bambino per cui il pediatra ha attestato una condizione clinica che rende la vaccinazione pericolosa, e per questo il vaccino è stato rinviato o omesso. La legge dice dove va collocato lui, per proteggerlo. Non dice, in nessun punto, che un altro bambino debba essere spostato. Il verbo della legge è "inserire", coniugato sul bambino fragile. Il verbo opposto, quello che toglierebbe il posto a un compagno, in quell'articolo non c'è.

E non lo diciamo noi. Lo scrive il dossier del Servizio Studi della Camera dei Deputati, la scheda che i deputati avevano davanti prima di votare: il comma 1 «fa riferimento esclusivamente» ai casi di vaccinazione omessa o differita. La Relazione Tecnica del Governo lo definisce un semplice «criterio organizzativo». E nello stesso modo descrive la norma la Corte costituzionale nella sentenza 5 del 2018.

C'è poi una seconda paura, che sentiamo ancora più spesso: «siamo in troppi non vaccinati in classe, sposteranno mio figlio?». La risposta è no. Il comma 2 chiede al dirigente una cosa sola: se in una classe i non vaccinati sono più di due, deve comunicarlo all'ASL. Nient'altro. Anzi, è proprio quella norma a smontare l'allarme: se la legge chiede di contare fino a due, dà per scontato che esistano classi con uno o due bambini non vaccinati. Se la compresenza fosse vietata, non ci sarebbe nulla da contare.

Per questo abbiamo preparato una guida completa: la norma spiegata con le fonti ufficiali, cosa fare nei primi giorni e cosa non fare mai, i modelli di lettera, e un capitolo a cui teniamo particolarmente, su quando potete cavarvela da soli e quando invece serve un avvocato senza rimandare.

Su quest'ultimo punto siamo stati onesti anche dove non ci conviene. Corvelva non è uno studio legale e non vuole esserlo. Nella maggior parte dei casi una lettera solida, che metta il dirigente davanti al testo della legge, basta a chiudere la questione. Ma quando c'è un provvedimento protocollato e dei termini che corrono, servono le competenze di un legale, e preferiamo dirvelo ora invece di lasciarvelo scoprire tardi.

Hello so as the title says, I looked through my boyfriend’s phone. This is not the first time, I hope to god it’s the last.

For further context, I’m a rather anxious person. I’m in therapy, potentially seeing a psychiatrist soon. A couple months ago, I found out my boyfriend cheated on me by speaking to a few girls on hinge. It happened two separate instances. I found this out through looking through his phone - for the first time.

I know many people right off the bat are going to say to leave, I get it, I would’ve said the same a few months ago. Write me off as young and dumb, I believe he made a mistake, that he genuinely loves me, and won’t do it again. He has done nothing since then that would make me question his loyalty or feelings for me. Anyways, since then I’ve gotten into a bad habit of looking through his phone. I haven’t found anything that indicates cheating. At this point I feel like I’m just doing it for assurance to myself.

I feel horrible every time I do it. He’s caught me once and been very understanding, even comforting me and apologizing for making me feel like I need to do that. Fast forward to now. He’s told me he’s stopped watching porn a couple months ago. I looked through his phone this morning and found him viewing videos of girls with big butts and big boobs (things I definitely do not have as a petite woman, and I’ve expressed to him I know he has a sexual attraction to this and it makes me deeply insecure). The thing is, clearly he was masturbating to this either yesterday or the day before, and it hurt me deeply because I had expressed wanting to be intimate w him. We live five minutes away, if he was horny, he could’ve called me. He knows I’m always down.

I confronted him aggressively, he got upset about me bringing up the videos he viewed and looking through his phone again. I’m anxious attachment so he wanted to leave and I began begging for him to stay. He comforted me, said we’d talk later, and left.

I’m so torn right now. I feel so hurt he is still watching it. When I do watch videos, it’s never attraction based on someone’s body but rather the eroticism of the video. Knowing that’s what he wants, and what he chooses instead of calling me, hurts really bad. I don’t want to hear breakup solutions, I just want to know how to move forward. My question is, how do I go about this conversation later in a mature manner? Is it valid to be hurt by him watching these videos still?

Поэтому все еще остаются огромные сомнения в том, что у TON, а теперь уже у GRAM, может начаться настоящий фундаментальный рост, но посмотрим, у Дурова может еще есть туз в рукаве!

🟢 Насколько гениальный бизнес! И насколько это правильная и здоровая модель по сравнению с 95% проектов в крипте. Ранее протокол предикшнов работал в контролируемом режиме, где рынки могли создавать только валидаторы – а теперь любой желающий может это сделать за 500,000 HYPE. В итоге у нас в экосистему приходит больше ритейла, больше трейдеров, а сам протокол получает новый источник доходов и новый источник средств для байбэков $HYPE. Именно так должна строиться фундаментальная поддержка цены. Если проект делает похожие шаги, как Hyperliquid, то с огромной долей вероятности у него в долгосрочной перспективе всё будет хорошо.

⏺ Главный вывод: Новости за последние две недели получились максимально интересными. Особенно сейчас все ждут ближайшее заседание ФРС – возможно, именно оно подтвердит те позитивные предположения, которые сейчас существуют. Я, конечно, на это надеюсь, но трубить о начале нового бычьего рынка пока точно не стоит – потому что, я думаю, вы уже прекрасно знаете и понимаете, как работает этот рынок.
