We are expanding our B2B data acquisition and email marketing operations and are looking for one or two highly experienced freelancers to join us on a long-term basis.
Ideally, one person is capable of covering both areas, although this is not a requirement.
We are not looking for agencies. We are looking for independent technical professionals with proven hands-on experience who operate their own registered business and work as freelancers.

1. Data Scraping / Data Extraction Specialist
We are looking for an experienced developer specializing in the extraction, processing and maintenance of high-quality B2B company data from publicly available sources.
Requirements
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with Scrapy, Playwright, Selenium or comparable frameworks
• Ability to develop stable, scalable and maintainable scraping solutions
• Experience bypassing and handling anti-bot protection systems
• Development of custom bots for data enrichment and automation
• Proxy management
• API analysis and reverse engineering
• Data cleansing, normalization and validation
• Structuring and processing large datasets
• Experience working with business databases, company directories and commercial register data is a strong advantage (Germany & Austria)
We are not looking for someone to build a single scraper. Our goal is to establish a long-term partnership with a technical specialist who will continuously develop, maintain and optimize multiple data acquisition projects.

2. PowerMTA / Email Deliverability Specialist
We are looking for an experienced professional to build, manage and continuously optimize a high-volume email marketing infrastructure.
Requirements
• Extensive hands-on experience with PowerMTA (Germany & Austria)
• Experience building cold email infrastructures
• MailWizz experience
• Deployment and administration of dedicated mail servers
• SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration
• Reverse DNS (rDNS) configuration
• IP warming
• Domain warming
• Domain management
• Bounce processing and management
• Deliverability monitoring and optimization
• Administration of multiple sending domains and IP pools
• Experience managing email volumes of approximately 1 million emails per month
We are not looking for a one-time setup service. We are looking for a long-term technical partner who can provide continuous management, maintenance and optimization of the entire infrastructure.
