🔹 On July 30, 2026, Mr. Tum Serey Vathana, Senior Software Developer of Techo Startup Center (TSC), participated as a trainer in “Training on the Law on Secured Transactions and the Use of the Secured Transactions Filing Office System (SETFO),” which was organized in Siem Reap Province and presided over by H.E. Buon Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce.
🔹 During the training, Mr. Serey Vathana provided demonstrations and guided hands-on practices on the use of the SETFO 2.0 system and its key functionalities to a total of 122 participants from more than 50 institutions, including legal professionals, representatives from banking and financial institutions, and business operators in Siem Reap Province.
📌 It should be noted that this was the third training session organized to enhance understanding of key aspects of the Law on Secured Transactions and to promote effective utilization of the SETFO 2.0 system.
📌 The SETFO 2.0 was officially launched in March 2025 following a comprehensive architecture reorganization through a collaboration between the Ministry of Commerce and TSC, aiming to provide a modern, user-friendly, efficient, and transparent mechanism for filing notices of secured transactions.
