Начало «Калининград должен быть готов к провокациям со стороны Запада» (губернатор Бес-Прозванных… так, кажется). — Ну что же, раз должен быть готов — значит, будет готов, или уже готов. А если окажется почему-то не готов, — то губернатор (а также все иные вышестоящие должностные вип-чиновники РФ) не будут иметь к этому никакого отношения: ОНИ САМИ НИКОМУ НИЧЕГО НЕ ДОЛЖНЫ. Должны только им. Все, в том числе и Калининград. А рассуждения (досужие, естественно) всяких там «подрывных элементов» о том, что (якобы) руководство Российской Федерации должно что-то там защищать, — это вражеская пропаганда (и см. выше). Так что искренне советую калининградцам (среди которых у меня есть родственники, друзья и боевые товарищи) «не расслабляться» и готовиться, так сказать, отразить. Не уповая излишне ни на своего губернатора, ни на другие структуры — они «подтянутся» тогда, когда уже всё получится — за положенной славой и орденами.

В остальном:

За минувшую неделю общая обстановка на фронте и в тылу изменилась незначительно: Наши войска продолжают попытки «вытолкать» ВСУ из Донбасса (со скоростью, теперь уже, не «сонной черепахи», а «старой улитки»), а враг «лупит» по всему, до чего дотягивается, с нарастающей интенсивностью. Но на «ПРП» — всё по-прежнему спокойно: «проблему с бензином» уже решили, а других проблем (кроме африканской лихорадки Эбола) у нас в стране почти нету… ну, ещё кое-где горят леса и имеют место наводнения. (Писано на сдвоенных табуретках, прошу простить за почерк!)

Легендарная княжна Тараканова

Знаю, многие любят эту картину 🖼️

Называется она - «Княжна Тараканова». Написана была молодым художником Флавицким в 1863 году. Надо сказать, что он так и остался мастером одной картины.

Увы, чахотка слишком рано оборвала его жизнь …

Как и жизнь Таракановой, кстати.

Рассказываю, кто же эта женщина, изображенная на картине 😁

Я бы сказала, что она - авантюристка. Какими только именами она себя ни называла: и госпожа Франк, и Шель, и Тремуль, и Алия Метте, и принцесса Владимирская, и принцесса Залгомир, и графиня Пенесберг, и графиня Зелинская, Елизавета, и принцесса Всероссийская.

Происхождение ее до сих пор остается тайной, которая покрылась уже слоем вековой пыли, но именно из-за «вопросов крови» она в темницу и попала.

Точнее, из-за того, что убеждала всех вокруг, что является внебрачной дочерью императрицы Елизаветы Петровны и Алексея Разумовского (фаворита).

Сообщила она об этом всему свету, когда на русском престоле была императрица Екатерина 2.

Так вот княжну Тараканову привозят в Российскую империю, заключают в темницу, приставляют к ней трех стражников, которые должны следить за ней круглосуточно …

А спустя несколько месяцев она скончалась от туберкулеза.

Так, с этим разобрались, очень интересно, конечно, но почему на картине все иначе?

Так в том то и дело, что сюжет тут вымышленный! Наводнение, от которого скончались узники, действительно было, но через два года после смерти Таракановой.

Правда, к моменту написания картины судьба княжны уже обросла легендами в народе. К тому же французский дипломат написал книгу про нее … он и назвал девушку княжной Таракановой (от названия местечка «Дараган» - там родился Алексей Разумовский, которого та называла своим отцом).

В общем, Флавицкий наслушался рассказов и легенд и выбрал такой сюжет 🧐

А почему легендарная?

Потому что так сказал император! Да-да. Александр 2, когда увидел картину, приказал назвать ее «Легендарная княжна Тараканова». Он же был правнуком Екатерины 2, зачем ему было бросать тень на свое происхождение и прабабушку?😅

🟣TCP Fast Open (TFO) - отправляем данные уже во время SYN, не дожидаясь завершения трёхстороннего рукопожатия:

sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_fastopen=3 sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_fastopen

Клиент может передать первые данные ещё на этапе установки соединения, сокращая задержку на один RTT. Особенно полезно для часто повторяющихся коротких подключений.

🟣TCP MTU Probing - автоматически подбираем рабочий MTU, если ICMP режется где-то по пути:

sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_mtu_probing=1 sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_base_mss=1024

Помогает при PMTU Black Hole, когда пакеты теряются из-за слишком большого MTU, а ICMP Fragmentation Needed не проходит.

🟣BBR вместо CUBIC - меняем алгоритм контроля перегрузки:

sysctl -w net.core.default_qdisc=fq sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control=bbr

BBR оценивает пропускную способность и RTT, а не реагирует только на потери. На каналах с высокой задержкой часто даёт более стабильную скорость.

🟣TCP SYN Cookies - защита от переполнения очереди SYN:

sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies=1 sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies

При SYN Flood ядро перестаёт хранить состояние для полуоткрытых соединений и кодирует его прямо в SYN-ACK, сохраняя работоспособность сервиса.

🟣Просмотр TCP-сокетов через ss - получаем гораздо больше информации, чем через netstat:

ss -ti ss -o state established

Можно увидеть congestion control, RTT, congestion window, retransmits, таймеры и другие параметры конкретного соединения - очень полезно при разборе проблем с производительностью.

5 недооцененных российских суперфудов на основе научных данных

1️⃣Кефир

В 1 стакане кефира содержится около 10 г белка и почти 40% суточной потребности в кальции.

А бактерии в кефире помогают расщеплять лактозу. Поэтому у людей с непереносимостью лактозы кефир усваивается лучше молока и вызывает меньше метеоризма (Hertzler & Clancy, 2003).

2️⃣Ржаной хлеб

Всего 2 куска ржаного хлеба содержат около 15% суточной потребности в клетчатке.

Клетчатка поддерживает работу кишечника, а еще питание с продуктами из ржи помогает эффективнее снижать вес и процент жира (Iversen et al., 2021)

Но коричневый цвет хлеба еще не делает его цельнозерновым. Ищите в составе цельнозерновую ржаную муку.

3️⃣Черный чай

Черный чай богат полифенолами. Особенно теафлавинами и теарубигинами, которые поддерживают здоровье сердца и сосудов. Полифенолы могут помогать сосудам лучше расслабляться благодаря увеличению доступности оксида азота (Ma et al., 2021).

В крупном исследовании почти 500 000 человек те, кто выпивали не менее 2х чашек черного чая в день, имели на 9-13% более низкий риск ранней смерти в течение 11 лет. Также у них был ниже риск смерти от заболеваний сердца и сосудов и инсульта (Inoue-Choi et al., 2022).

Пейте чай без сахара и сиропов.

4️⃣Грецкие орехи

В горсти грецких орехов содержится почти 50% суточной потребности в марганце, 45% меди и 11% магния.

А регулярное употребление грецких орехов помогает снизить общий холестерин, «плохой» холестерин и триглицериды (Mashayekhi et al., 2026).

При этом орехи не приводят к увеличению веса, если заменяют другие продукты, а не добавляются сверху к рациону.

5️⃣Яблоки

Помните миф, что от яблок становишься голоднее?

В реальности когда съедаешь целое яблоко перед обедом, то это усиливает чувство насыщения! А в одном научном исследовании яблоко до обеда уменьшило общую калорийность приема пищи примерно на 15% (Flood-Obbagy & Rolls, 2009).

Еще яблоки помогают немного снижать общий холестерин, «плохой» холестерин и триглицериды и улучшают реакцию сосудов у людей с умеренно повышенным холестерином (Koutsos et al., 2020)

НЕ снимайте кожуру с яблок, в ней сосредоточена значительная часть полезных флавоноидов.
