All nineteen Ninth Circle Child Sacrifice Cult members arrested for holding eight badly abused children believed slated for human sacrifice have been released without being questioned, fingerprinted, nor charged, according to a May 15 ITCCS press release.
Global elite members of the Ninth Circle were believed to take direction from the Vatican.
The traumatized children and babies were found in small padlocked cages among frozen body parts of prior victims and had been sexually abused, beaten and starved. Ninth Circle members were believed to have scheduled April 30 human sacrifice rites at Catholic facilities in Rome, Montreal, London, Paris, Brussels, Geneva, Frankfurt, Tara, Ireland and Washington, DC.
The rescued babies came from a Catholic orphanage in Amsterdam. One abducted child was returned to their family, while three others kidnapped from Romanian immigrants were being reunited with their parents.
Several police officers who assisted ITCCS action units were transferred, while two Netherlands police officers were suspended.
“The Ninth Circle through its Vatican, judicial and government allies, have counter attacked quickly to contain and undermine our breakthrough,” stated the release. “Our sources indicate that an unofficial media blackout has been imposed over the issue by the governments of France, Holland, Belgium and Switzerland.”
The Vatican was reported to run the Ninth Circle Cult. Cardinal Gerald Lacroix and former Pope Joseph Ratzinger were reported to be active participants in a Ninth Circle ritual killing of a young boy on February 22, 2014 at the San Lorenzo Jesuit Church in Rome, along with Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, and Denis Lebel.

“A witness claimed they saw former Popes Joseph Ratzinger and John Paul II participate in Vatican satanic cult rituals known as the Ninth Circle, that torture and murder children,” George Dufort of a Brussels international court announced.
Kevin Annett of the ITCCS said three eyewitnesses claimed former Pope Joseph Ratzinger was present during ritual torture and murder of children in 1987 and 2002 in France and Holland.
The Brussels Court received Vatican documents dated Dec. 25, 1967 that say before each new pope assumes office it’s mandatory that they participate in Ninth Circle rites. The documents referred to ceremonial murder of newborn children and consumption of their blood in rites called “The Magisterial Privilege.”
According to witnesses, former Pope Ratzinger has been a member of Ninth Circle, also known as the Corona Novem or Crown, since at least 1962.
“I saw Pope Emeritus Joseph Ratzinger murder a little girl,” stated another witness on Oct. 28, 2013. “It was at a French chateau in the fall of 1987.”
Dutch therapist Toos Nijenhuis claimed that as a child she was forced to witness child murders involving Ratzinger, Cardinal Alfrink and Prince Bernhard.
Two child abuse survivors reported attending child murder rites beneath the Vatican. At age 12, “Svali” said she was taken into the Vatican catacombs to witness the sacrifice of a 3–4 year-old drugged boy.
The international court convenes March 31 to consider Vatican international child trafficking charges against Pope Francis, Jesuit Superior General Aldolfo Pachon, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and former Pope Joseph Ratzinger.
