✅ How it started Five years ago, XDAO began as a non-commercial experiment built on a simple idea: to give anyone on the planet the ability to create and manage their own digital autonomous organization (DAO) — through code and voting, without lawyers, offices, or special permissions. The first version launched on BNB Chain and won the Binance Hackathon right away. That told us the idea was alive, in demand, and worth building on.
Over the years, the project grew alongside the largest Web3 ecosystems: BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, and dozens of other EVM networks. And on TON, we ran the largest educational campaign in our history — more than 12 million people learned the basics of DAOs there.
Five years on, the numbers speak for themselves: • more than 32,000 organizations created on the platform; • over $55M raised by communities through smart contracts; • 45+ blockchains where XDAO is deployed and running.
At the same time, the core EVM smart contracts were free in 2021 and remain completely free today.
✅ A new chapter: Solana and a U.S. legal foundation We are now building a product for Solana with a full legal framework in the United States, incorporated in the state of Delaware.
This is a new kind of infrastructure: organizations run not only by people, but also by AI agents that act strictly within the mandate set by their owners, stay within on-chain limits, and never make a single decision without human confirmation.
Solana brings speed and institutional readiness, while Delaware provides the legal foundation to work with funds, family offices, and investment syndicates. Together, they form the basis for a new stage of growth — one that reaches far beyond DeFi.
✅ Security Before we talk about the token, a word on security.
The platform has passed dozens of independent audits, including reviews by industry leaders Quantstamp and CertiK. This year, our EVM infrastructure underwent an additional review involving Anthropic's Mythos AI model and the Trail of Bits team as part of Project Glasswing — no critical vulnerabilities were found in the protocol core.
✅ The XDAO token — your key to the entire ecosystem To unite 45+ EVM networks, TON, and Solana into a single system, you need one key. That key is the new cross-chain XDAO token, with a single balance across every supported network.
Access to the interface — including the frontend of the free EVM products — will be open only to token holders. The smart contracts themselves stay open and free, but the token will be required to activate the application where you create and manage your organization.
✅ What it gives holders • Activation and access — the token is needed to create and launch a DAO on any supported network. • Reputation and visibility — an organization's XDAO balance affects its rank and visibility within the ecosystem. • Better terms — lower fees and priority access across the platform.
